Not as good as I thought
They take too long to get used to and after a few hours they actually hurt

Hi Paul, Thanks for the review. :-) It may help to try a slower and more gradual break-in period. To begin, wear the orthotics 15 minutes the first day, 30 minutes the second and so on, until you can wear them comfortably all day long. If you feel discomfort, remove them from your shoes. Begin wearing them the next day without increasing the time they are worn. Then continue to increase usage slowly, until they are comfortable.
